For the level 50 macro, I'm wearing full Artisan gear on the left side from the GC, and my right side is HQ level 45-49 Electrum gear. This puts me up to 331/322/310. I imagine the proper level 50 Accessories, Materia, or food would provide enough CP to hit 340, but it's a pretty high amount needed.
