there are a number of differences between the 243 and the 24, the 243 has a totally brushed case where as the 24 is polished with a brushed bezel. the 243 also has the 1950 case with the REG. TM. on the crown guard. the bezel is thicker on the 243 than on the 24 resulting in a smaller dial size. The watch arrived yesterday and I'm very happy with it. All that was needed was to flatten and put a high polish on the lever pin, with a little re-shaping of the lever tip to follow.
